Bitexco Financial Tower is located in in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City’s business and entertainment district, is the most exciting commercial property development undertaken in Vietnam to date.
The tower is designed by New York architect Carlos Zapata Studio and carried forward by AREP of Paris and was officially inaugurated on October 31, 2010. The design inspiration for Bitexco Financial Tower was drawn from Vietnam's national flower, the Lotus. The lotus is a symbol of optimism and commitment.
Bitexco Financial Tower is owned by Bitexco Group, a Vietnamese company. With 68 floors above ground and three basements, the building is the tallest building in the city, the 3rd tallest in Vietnam, and the 124th tallest in the world, as of the beginning of 2016.
The tower is located in District 1 and surrounded by Hai Trieu, Ho Tung Mau and Ngo Duc Ke streets, and the Ho Chi Minh City State Treasury facing Nguyen Hue Boulevard, The Financial Tower has a striking shape and a structure of steel and glass.

The Bitexco Financial Tower is a true example of forward thinking and design. Re-defining the future of commercial space in Vietnam, this 262-metre tower also has a six-storey retail podium. The property has more than 37,000 square meters of office space and over 8,000 square meters of retail space. On level 50, 464 square meters are available for a casual dining restaurant, while on level 51 there is 568 square meters designated for a fine dining restaurant. On level 52 an Executive VIP & Bar Lounge is planned where tenants and their guests can wind down after a day’s work. A helipad, Vietnam’s first, is located on Level 52 and an Observation Deck, Saigon Skydeck on Level 49 offers sweeping 360‐degree panoramic views of the entire city and the nearby Saigon River.
The Bitexco Financial Tower has 2 entrances. After the first entrance there are just some shops and you can access many of the offices inside. The second door is actually the one to the Saigon Skydeck. It’s a separate entrance and it’s signposted.
To get to the Saigon Skydeck on the 49th floor with a 360 degrees view, you have to buy a ticket at the entrance and the price for a ticket was VND 200,000.
